Once you have a show saved you select that show and begin workin with it.
From this screen you can enter or edit information for your show. Entry fees are entered by typing in the dollar amount for each category.
In the lower section of the screen you can type in whatever message you would like printed on each exhibitor report.
Use the drop down menus to set the date/dates for the show.
If you are having a cooped show you must check the "Youth Show" check box at the bottom so the program will add a "Y" before the youth coop numbers.
You can include both rabbits and cavies in the same show by checking the species check boxes. we reccommend for ease of paperwork that you create seperate shows for each species.
The Show Beacon contains all active ARBA judges as of 9/2007. To assign a judge/judges from the listing on the left side of the screen – use the arrows to add the judge to the list for the show. Each judge's license number is also included for reporting purposes.
